Application note on Vitronectin-Cytocaf showing effect on pig iPSCs available now!

In this application note from Dragon Biotechnologies, showcasing work from our Innovate UK funded study, Dragon’s high-performance, suspension adapted piPSCs were grown for 10 passages in 3D cell culture, maintaining levels of key pluripotency markers: 99% SOX2+, 98% OCT4+, 99% SSEA4+.

Crucially, when our Anticlump-Cytocaf protein was added, the aggregates remained small and uniform, with the number of viable pluripotent cells increasing by more than 60%.

Additionally, the work shows the use of Vitronectin-Cytocaf in the growth and maintainance of the piPSCs in 2D.
